The Colonnade at Kentlands

The Colonnade is composed of five condominium regimes (Condos 1-5) and the Colonnade Condominium Association (CCA), a council composed of representatives from each of the individual condos. Each of the condos handles governance of matters within its units. The CCA addresses issues related to the common areas, the amenities, the parking garage and landscaping. The CCA also coordinates all exterior maintenance of the property. The individual Condos meet at least yearly and on an as-needed basis. The CCA meets monthly.
