Our Amenities

Our luxurious clubhouse features a two-story Fitness Center, Locker Rooms with Sauna, a Resort Style Swimming Pool with a Whirlpool, a big-screen Theater Room and Max’s Pub, the place to see and be seen.

Swimming Pool

This beautiful two-tier pool is open to residents and their guests during the hot summer months. Parents and doggie-paddlers can relax because a qualified lifeguard is always on duty. Don’t swim? No problem. Sit by the pool and just take it easy on one of the comfortable lounge chairs. And the annual Colonnade Pool Party in August is always a good time.

Fitness Center

The two-story Fitness Center, connected by a spiral stairwell, sports a wide variety of equipment, including treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bicycles, and various weight machines. Flat-screen TVs let residents enjoy their favorite shows while working out.

Max’s Pub

Max’s Pub is a place where residents come to relax while watching a 40-inch TV or challenging a friend or neighbor to a game of pool or Foozball. Tables and chairs offer a place to play cards or have a bite to eat. Equipped with a sink and microwave, the curved bar lends to the relaxing atmosphere.

The Library

Located in the lobby at 23 Arch Place, the Library is an ideal location for a Book Club meeting or just catching up with a friend. Residents can bring their own material or borrow one of the Library’s many books.

Wine Tasting Room

Located on the first floor at 16 Granite Place, the Wine Tasting Room is used for many of the community’s meetings as well as by residents who want an elegant, private setting to indulge in conversation or host a dinner party. The room has one large table and 10 comfortable chairs.

The Media Room

Next to the 2nd floor of the Fitness Center, the Media Room features a 70″ big-screen TV and a Bluray disc player, perfect for watching the big game or a good movie. Root for your favorite team and don’t worry about disturbing your neighbors or bring a classic movie and use the room’s blue ray player.

Café

Attached to the Library but separated by a distinctive (non-working) fireplace, the Café is a great place for meeting friends or a casual lunch. The room’s numerous tables and chairs make it perfect for small-group gatherings.
